About our cheese

All of our cheeses are made in our creamery in Freeland. The glorious final products begin as high quality feed, most grown locally on Ebey’s Prairie, in Coupeville, WA. It is fed to our working girls, who then graciously turn it into sweet, fresh milk. We turn that milk into fresh and aged cheeses, including our several varieties of Chevre, Feta/Pheta and our own signature Velvet Rose.

Right now we make goat milk cheeses, but are geared to expand into sheep milk cheeses and hoping to expand to even include cow milk cheeses. We’ll update you as new varieties and locations become available!
